Each menu has a dotted line above it. When this is clicked
(left mouse button press) the menu is torn off and made into a separate
window that can be moved around the screen.
This is useful for repeating actions from menus that do not have
short cut keys associated with them i.e. once torn off the menu remains
on screen until canceled. Make the main window smaller than the
total screen and move the torn off menu to one side. For the
example below smooth lines and break lines can be used without repeated
menu access.
