Controls whether wires (lines) are merged when drawn across each other.
Flash highlights
Controls whether highlights are flashed e.g. for netlist highlighter.
Convert Win text 10 to 8
Converts text size when pasted to schematic from.  Library parts look better in windows.

Tab: 'Global parts'  : Set global part options

The text items placed here such as BAR_GND, CHASSIS_GND, POWER_GND, VOLT_BAR are library part names that must be treated as global parts by the netlister.  These parts unlike all other parts when netlisted use the value of the part to label the net.  Thus for a 5V VOLT_BAR all nets connected to the volt bar are labeled as 5V.  With other volt bar symbols (that have a value of 5V) these nets are also labeled with 5V.  At the end of netlisting these nets are merged and so the VOLT_BAR is therefore defining a global net and is therefore a global part.
