Menu: Tools --> Library editor -> Edit library

The library editor tool uses the same dialog as as the library manager (see the library manager) but adds controls for creation of libraries and symbols.

Library Controls

	Add a library	Included in drop down box.
	Remove a library	Included in drop down box.
	Copy a library	Included in drop down box.
	Search for a part	-
	Transfer parts between libraries	Included in drop down box.

Part Controls

	Add a part	Included in drop down box.
	Remove a part	Included in drop down box.
	Copy a part	Included in drop down box.
	Edit part attributes	Included in drop down box.
	Edit part schematic	Included in drop down box.

'Delete many symbols' is also included in the part dropdown box - so the more than one part at a time can be deleted.
