Menu: Processes --> Bill of Materials

The bill of materials (BOM)  is a list of items used in the schematic presented in a format suitable for using as a purchase list. 

The tool takes data from the attribute database and groups together all items having the same value (and same part type).  The list is then alphabetically ordered based on the part Id. i.e. items with identifiers C1,C2 etc appear at the top of the list while items having part ID U1,U2 etc appear lower down. 

Save as CSV

You can save the BOM as a Comma Separated Variable list for use in a spread sheet.

Additional fields

You can also save other fields in the CSV output -these are the other attribute fields  - if there is no matching attribute then the text no-data is output instead.
