Installation

In explorer double click proschematic.exe to install ProSchematic.

Once you have finished the download delete the proschematic.exe file unless you want to re-install it again at some point (or just re-download the latest version from this site).

Note: You can access the Schematic drawing tool from the Windows start menu.

After the download you have 30 days to evaluate the tool after which you need to buy a license key to continue using the tool.

During the trial period the tool is fully functional so any library parts you create are compatible with the licensed tool i.e. you're not wasting time creating library parts since you can use them in the licensed tool.

Note: When re-installing the tool it's a good idea to save the library parts you create by copying the library directory in the "program Files" install area to a new location just in case the installation overwrites them - it should not but it's better to be safe.
